CBT Course Customisation


HPi can supply courses “off-the-shelf” or customised. The degree of customisation is unlimited: from the appending of a module relating the course to the customer’s workplace to the creation of an entirely new course. Ease of customisation and updating was the reason HPi developed a CBT suite and therefore customisation is more cost-effective than one might assume. Customised induction courses are proving to be very popular.

Another option is to buy a training course “off-the-shelf” and to have HPi customise it over time. So long as the customer pays the licence fee, reasonable updates on a quarterly basis are free of charge. This ensures the course evolves to suit, exactly, the client’s needs and to stay current with changes in best practice and regulations.

CBT Course “levels”


All courses may be offered in three levels. This is to account for the fact that the depth of training required on a topic may vary for different employees e.g. managers, supervisors or operatives. In some cases, however, different levels are not appropriate and one or two levels may be provided “as standard” by HPi. The introduction of each synopsis clarifies the standard “levels” of the target employee. HPi would be happy to customise the level(s) of a course to suit clients’ circumstances.
